I’m Tessa — designer, writer, and founder of Rebel Lemming Studio, a design studio helping small and independent businesses look as good as they feel.

Before I built brands, I ran them — cafés, bakeries, and creative businesses where design and storytelling often took a backseat to simply keeping things running. I’ve been on the other side of the table — trying to explain ideas to agencies that didn’t listen, watching good intentions disappear into cookie-cutter templates that never quite fit.

Rebel Lemming Studio was born out of that frustration — and the belief that small businesses deserve thoughtful, design-driven branding and websites that reflect who they truly are.

Today, I work with passionate founders from all walks of life — from hospitality and wellness to recruitment, retail, and creative industries — helping them find clarity, confidence, and a bit of creative rebellion in how they show up.
